Please read the Photographer Agreement carefully.
GetHotShots.net is a web site for professional photographers to submit digital images of events for
display and sale by GetHotShots.net. GetHotShots.net provides promotion and a way for the public to
view and purchase digital images supplied by Photographer.
Upon the sale and shipment of photo product, GetHotShots.net will take a 15% fee and Photographer will earn a 85% commission
based on each image sold. SWM will mail payment with tracking report to Photographers at the end of the month following the
month an image was sold and shipped. Minimum check amount is $20.00.
Photographers can set their own pricing with minimums on each file size established by GetHotShots.net.
Submitting digital photographs by Photographers to GetHotShots.net is on a speculative basis.
Images displayed on GetHotShots.net remain the property of Photographer and are licensed to GetHotShot.net
for public display on the Internet. Photographer also grants GetHotShots.net a license to sell photographic
products displayed on the GetHotShots.net site. Photographs displayed on the GetHotShots.net site are available
for sale via a wed-based transaction system. Photographer retains all commercial rights to their images.
Subject to GetHotShots.net's editorial rights, Photographer is granted a license to display photographs on GetHotShots.net
provided that photographs meet GetHotShots.net business standards.
Photographer submitting photographes to GetHotShots.net is an independent contractor. GetHotShots.net does not assign
Photographers to photograph particular subjects. Photographer is responsible for reporting income to IRS.

GetHotShots.net reserves the right to remove any image from its website at any time.
